please set the devices permissions back to the correct values
sudo ls -l /dev/vbox*
crw------- 1 root root 10, 55 set  9 10:57 /dev/vboxdrv
crw-rw-rw- 1 root root 10, 54 set  9 10:57 /dev/vboxdrvu
crw------- 1 root root 10, 53 set  9 10:57 /dev/vboxnetctl


chmod 600 /dev/vboxdrv /dev/vboxnetctl
chmod 666 /dev/vboxdrvu


I don't see anything strange here

is the guest a windows 10 machine?
