I should probably create a separate bug report, but I wanted to inquire
here prior.
I am experiencing what I believe is this same issue, though I receive
quite a bit of "artifacting" along the way; the screen resizes a few
times and leaves its paintings behind, eventually leading to a scrolling
situation like nfb describes.
I started experiencing these issues around the same time (first Qt
updates, then VBox, if I remember correctly).
I have attached a video that captures the behavior. By using CTRL+C
("Scaled Mode" shortcut), I can get things to "fit" (but more
importantly; "stay," because it seems that's the issue for me).
I am using i3 as my window manager, and using Intel Haswell / HD 4600;
Debian Sid/unstable.
