My bad. I'll try to use the backports mailing list to confirm or report
this bug

I'm not yet familiar with the workflow to report bug with backports
package. Thanks to Gianfranco for the information about using
debian-backports list for backports specific issues.

I did some research. I found that page at
https://backports.debian.org/Instructions/
Which reads "Please report bugs that you found in the packages to the
backports mailing list and NOT to the Debian BTS!"
