Sesame packaging

Hi Christopher,

I see that you have been working on Debian packaging for Sesame 2. As you
may know, Sesame 2 is a build-time dependency of part of Virtuoso.  Since
I'm working on the packaging of Virtuoso, I'd be interested in the status of
your work and I'd be ready to help you.
