Virtuoso going into Ubuntu

Hi Kjetil,

The Ubuntu package is more-or-less the same; it is synced with this 
Debian packaging now. It seems to have been rushed in solely for the 
benefit of nepomuk in Kubuntu. But Jonathan Riddell hasn't answered my 
email asking about it so I can't say for sure what the intentions are there.
