+This package is far from being in a releasable shape. However it might 
+prove to be a useful alternative to the op-panel.
+
+AsteriskManager.py comes from a separate package of the same upstream
+(amapi). While it might be useful for other packages, I figured no point 
+in creating a package for that single file. And yes, it replicates 
+functionality of py-asterisk.
