Log:
While the fix for AST-2009-006 (IAX2 Call Number exhaustion) is ready, it is
a lot more complicated than that. Upstream made significant changes to the
protocol, breaking compability with non-patched versions unless configured
otherwise.

Therefore, it's not suitable for an spu upload, esp. one with that many other
fixes. Remove it from now and let it be handled in a subsequent upload.
