Document cookieURL and firstPartyForCookies
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35613
Some folks asked what the cookieURL and the firstPartyForCookies were
on IRC. This patch documents these properties in the code so folks
don't have to ask on IRC anymore.
