[pkg-wine-party] Bug#504992: wine-bin: winecfg does not respect LC_MESSAGES (wrong language to communicate with user)

Package: wine-bin
Version: 1.0.1-1
Severity: normal

master at capsaicin:~ 0 $ locale
LANG=fr_LU.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES=en_GB.UTF-8
LC_ALL=

Which means programs should communicate in English with me, and most
do. But winecfg speaks French to me; that's a bug.
