[pkg-wine-party] Wine patches for alsa

I have some alsa patches for wine. Basically they fix problems with,

  1. lack of names when using more than one alsa devices - upstream bug 
that just needs a one-line revert of upstream patch
  2. broken mixer control for devices that don't have Master control 
(eg. USB headsets)

Then there is a few important upstream patches as well.

Basically, Wine has been broken since 0.9.57 and no one patched it. At 
least sound with alsa is broken as is.

Let me know if these rather important fixes are still possible for 
Lenny, and I'll attach the patches to the thread.
