Well, you *could* install the old ia32-libs. You'd just need to
downgrade some stuff to Debian testing or something.

If you'd rather not, you'd need to use ia32-apt-get to install ia32-wine
(or ia32-wine-unstable, if you want to use the current packages in my
people.debian.org repo).

Or maybe set up a 32-bit chroot by using the schroot package, or
whatever. But while some grumpy old men within Debian currently advocate
stuff like schroot as the "best way" to run 32-bit software "if you have
to", I don't like that idea much myself, but as a last resort, maybe
it'll work.
