[pkg-wine-party] Compile WoW64 Setup (Wine 32 and 64Bits)

Yes, it's a mistake when i explained my problem but not when i launch the
command. In my console, i launched "../configure --with-wine64=../64Bits".
So, i don't where come from the problem...
