To reproduce the issue, I installed
PortableApps.com_Platform_Setup_10.1.2.exe with a fresh ~/.wine
created with wine 1.4.1-1 (i386).

I don't know if the program is useful, but it does not crash anymore.
Running the program does not cause a crash. I don't know if it is
