[pkg-wine-party] Bug#676180: wine-bin: Fails to run app.s since wine-utils package is gone or after upgrade.

Dear Maintainer,

I run testing. After upgrade from version 1.0.1 to 1.2.3 and the wine-utils package is gone
I can not run my app. - it hangs. The input from terminal I see is
