[pkg-wine-party] Bug#676246: Steam overlay is broken

Steam games crash on start with overlay enabled. According to

it is caused by -fomit-frame-pointer enabled by default in gcc 4.6. wine:amd64
1.5.0-0.2 from http://dev.carbon-project.org/debian/wine-unstable/ which is
compiled with gcc 4.5 doesn't have this problem.
