[pkg-wine-party] Bug#676498: wine - Set as Multi-Arch: allowed

The wine package sets "Multi-Arch: allowed". This means that all reverse
dependencies needs to be fixed. However cross-architecture dependencies
are not allowed in Debian, so this equals to nothing.

This decision is not documented in the bugs or in the changelog.
