Any help is welcome! I've had a look at the source already, and as far
as I can see the licenses are OK (see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2009/04/msg00147.html for a
discussion of the Ms-PL license). The main issue is going to be
getting the various dependencies ready - having Windows-specific
packages isn't going to be possible, we'll need to work on getting
partial architecture support for MinGW-w64 (see
http://bugs.debian.org/671437 for some pointers).

I'm not going to have much time to work on this in the immediate
future; perhaps the first step you could try would be to build
wine-mono using the provided build-scripts on a Debian system using
MinGW-w64 (install mingw-w64 and use the i686-w64-mingw32 triplet),
and see what breaks...
