[pkg-wine-party] wine preparation for wheezy

We currently have a team working on NMUing wine for the wheezy
release. 1.0 is currently in testing, 1.2 is in unstable, and our
goal is to get 1.4 into the release. Our 1.4 package is already
uploaded to deferred [0], but due to appropriate NMU delays it will be
7 days before it goes in.

Once it does get in, 1.4 is destined for experimental (for now) since
it has a dependency on wine-gecko 1.4, which we don't have ready yet.
Stephen Kitt recently prepared a wine-gecko 1.1 package, which is now
waiting in the NEW queue [1], and he is currently working on 1.4
package, which we hope to upload very soon. As soon as wine-gecko 1.4
gets into unstable, we'll push wine 1.4 there as well.

So, anyway this is what we're doing for your awareness and release
planning. My biggest concern is the wine-gecko packages in NEW, and
the currently very large NEW queue review delay [2].

Best wishes,
Mike
