[pkg-wine-party] Bug#717783: Missing dependency on x11-utils for wine64-bin

Hello,

wine64-bin requires xmessage from the x11-utils package to be
installed, otherwise no output is displayed when 'wine' is executed at
the command line.

Suggested fixes:
- wine64-bin should depend on x11-utils, or
- the message about installing 32-bit wine should be displayed at the
command line if xmessage is unavailable

This bug was seen on a fresh Wheezy chroot made with debootstrap,
after installing the 'wine' virtual package.
