[pkg-wine-party] Bug#710667: Wrong location of binfmt format file

Hi,

the format file to be imported using /usr/sbin/update-binfmts --import wine
is installed as /usr/share/binfmts/wine/wine instead of
/usr/share/binfmts/wine .
This means update-binfmts cannot find it and fails to register wine as
a windows executable handler.

# /usr/sbin/update-binfmts --import wine
update-binfmts: warning: couldn't find information about 'wine' to import
update-binfmts: exiting due to previous errors

After moving the file to the proper location, import works ok.
