ntdll.dll.so cannot be found

 * start notepad from shell: notepad

expected outcome

 * notepad is started

outcome:

wine: failed to initialize: /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/wine/ntdll.dll.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

dpkg -L libwine-unstable|grep dll is empty
