[pkg-wine-party] Missing dh-autoreconf builddep on 1.7.16-2 in git?

Hello.

Tonight I was bored, and in my boredom I started trying to backport
1.7.16-2 (wine-unstable) from git to Debian Wheezy so I could play
Blizzard's Hearthstone..

It didn't even make it to the compiling part as it failed because
dh-autoreconf wasn't in the build deps :

Adding dh-autoreconf to the build deps in debian/control allowed the
compile of Wine 1.7.16-2 to start on a 32-bit Wheezy pbuilder instance.
  I'm not sure if
that's helpful to any of you or not, but I figured I'd share it with
somebody.
