[pkg-wine-party] Bug#734603: Follow-up

Hi,

I see this report is duplicate of previous reports on the same problem.
However, there was no fix in the recent upload of Wine, so I think it
still counts as a bug and should be addressed.   

To me, it seems rather simple - put in a dummy prerm script that does
not fail.  I think it is not good if the package upgrade requires users
to run `obscure' (to the casual Desktop user) commands like: 

        sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/wine wine /bin/ls 0
        
before upgrading the package.
