 trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/de.UTF-8/man1/winemaker.1.gz', which is also in package libwine-dev 1.4.1-4

I expect dpkg to be clever enough to uninstall/upgrade the old
libwine-dev before trying to overwrite its files.
