I assume 1.7.19-1 is wine32-unstable ?

Alas it still happen with wine32-unstable:

DISPLAY= WINEDEBUG=-all wine wineconsole cmd |& head -n2
Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
Make sure that your X server is running and that $DISPLAY is set correctly.
