[pkg-wine-party] Bug#742561: [Patch] Enable $WINEARCH

a simpler version of the previous patch.
wine=$wine32 was always the standard option when both wine32-unstable and  
wine64-unstable were installed. So it is only necessary to change it to  
wine=$wine64 when the executable is 64-bit or the $WINEARCH variable is  
given. I used the same method as the wine stable version script.
