   * What led up to the situation?
Installing wine32-development
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
sudo apt-get install wine32-development
   * What was the outcome of this action?
Certain packages were installed but no clue given how to use them. No executable for this wine version was installed.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Getting an executable wine32-development
For that, the package wine-development had to be installed, though.
Please make it a dependency.
