Please do not abuse release-critical bug severities.

Nothing about one third-party program you installed under wine not
starting meets the description of "makes unrelated software on the
system (or the whole system) break, or causes serious data loss, or
introduces a security hole on systems where you install the package".
Nor does it make the wine package generally unusable or unsuitable for
release.
