[pkg-wine-party] Bug#787180: wine-development (arch:all) does not satisfy dependencies of a foreign-architecture package

Source: wine-development
Version: 1.7.41-3
Severity: normal
Control: found -1 1.7.43-1

The package wine32-development recommends wine-development, but the
latter is unavailable. I guess this happens because the package
wine-development is Architecture: all since 1.7.41-3, but not marked as
Multi-Arch.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MultiarchSpec:
This means that for an Architecture: all package to satisfy the
dependencies of a foreign-architecture package, it must be marked
Multi-Arch: foreign or Multi-Arch: allowed.

So please add "Multi-Arch: foreign" to wineVERSION.

btw: the package description of "wineVERSION" notes:
"This is a virtual package that depends on the standard Wine
components." which is not true, it is not virtual and has some content.
