Was the wontfix tag intended?
libwine.so.1 is now a private library. It used to be public before
jessie.

Public libraries should be in a directory (/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu)
expected by the ld.so (the dynamic loader) or dpkg-shlibdeps (dependency
checker) without resorting to LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
