[pkg-wine-party] Bug#816014: /usr/bin/wine hides errors by default

Package: wine
Version: 1.8.1-2
Usertags: serious

/usr/bin/wine sets WINEDEBUG to -all if it's not set already. This
quietens all errors, even the most severe ones, such as missing DLLs.
WINEDEBUG=-all is not a sensible default, and it's an unnecessary
deviation from upstream behavior. Please remove the code that sets this
variable.
