[pkg-wine-party] Bug#816020: /usr/bin/wineserver disables persistence delay

Package: wine
Version: 1.8.1-2

/usr/bin/wineserver passes -p0 to wineserver32. This seems to be an
undocumented deviation from upstream behavior. The manpage says: "the
default value is 3 seconds".

Please revert to the upstream behavior.
