I see you already pushed the release commit to git, yet the tag is still
missing.

For 1.9.9-1 I just pushed another round of commits (built, installed and
quickly tested, ready for release). It adds the missing runtime
dependencies (#823991) and fixes the gecko search paths, including a
direct look in /usr/share/wine-gecko, so no need for symlinks anymore if
libwine-gecko gets installed (Mike's previous work on that helped a lot).
