Thanks a lot Stephen!

Good point, if in doubt I'll go by that version. Indeed this helps in
judging the lintian hints, e.g. the unstripped .comments sections. But I
can't use that as no-brainer to be happy with the package quality,
because new (old) lintian warnings pop up then.

Short version: no changes required.

Long version:

W: wine source: newer-standards-version 3.9.8 (current is 3.9.6)

backports.d.o tells us to just ignore this.

W: libwine: postinst-has-useless-call-to-ldconfig
W: libwine: postrm-has-useless-call-to-ldconfig

  lintian 2.5.44 replaced them with:

    maintscript-calls-ldconfig

debhelper 9.20151004 changed dh_makeshlibs to "Use a noawait trigger
to invoke ldconfig rather maintscripts.", which leads to the current
  override for

    package-has-unnecessary-activation-of-ldconfig-trigger

So all in all, debhelper bug #204975 is not fixed, but this has only
minimal implications. I'll go for overriding the lintian tag for
current lintian and debhelper in the sid packaging, and ignore every
  other instance of ldconfig tag.

I: * hyphen-used-as-minus-sign *

This tag was retired in lintian 2.5.32, because "nobody cares" and
e.g. "these days even upstream groff renders both - and \- as HYPHEN-
MINUS" (see #785353). Seems the change in groff was done in
1.20 (from 2010). So I leave that as it is, too.
