[pkg-wine-party] Bug#845334: wine32: breaks xdg-open, which wants to start wine and crashes

Additional info:

and Wine had added a file

/home/vlefevre/.local/share/applications/wine-extension-htm.desktop

which contains:

Exec=env WINEPREFIX="/home/vlefevre/.wine" wine start /ProgIDOpen htmlfile %f
NoDisplay=true
StartupNotify=true
Icon=7765_winebrowser.0

The problem apparently comes from the existence of this file,
which had been added automatically.
