[pkg-wine-party] Wine dependency on winbind

Hi,

tldr: I suggest to let libwine suggest winbind.

If winbind is not installed the Wine output often has this:

  err:winediag:SECUR32_initNTLMSP ntlm_auth was not found or
  is outdated. Make sure that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your
  path. Usually, you can find it in the winbind package of
  your distribution.

This message may often be safely ignored, however it's relevant in some
cases. E.g. these bugs refer to .NET 4.0 apps that do need winbind for
authentication:

I verified this for Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) here.

Installing winbind pulls in some samba parts. Although much is installed
already per default by Gnome dependencies, this still totals to 14MB.

More importantly this leads to winbindd always running. Therefore I
understand why we don't want to recommend it.

But on the other side not mentioning winbind at all imo gives the
impression that it's never needed, or that maybe some other package is
needed on Debian systems, e.g. libntlm0 (no, for my test case ADE
libntlm0:i386 doesn't help at all).

So what do you think? Suggests ok? In libwineVERSION?
