Hi Pierre,

I'm jre, co-maintainer of the Wine packages in Debian.

Last year you reported a bug [1] against the Debian wine package because
the Titan Souls Demo from Steam crashed. Back then this was fixed by a
patch in the Debian packaging.

[1] https://bugs.debian.org/793548

Upon our request you also reported this upstream. In that report [2] we
can see:

"openal32 now defaults to use the Windows-native version, so I
  suspect this bug is fixed."

[2] https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38972#c5

So I assume the patch isn't necessary anymore. In order to keep our
packaging as clean and as close to upstream as possible I will remove
the patch from our packaging. The first release without this will
probably be wine-development 1.9.19-1 in about a week.

I tried to test this, but unfortunately the Steam Store currently fails
for me. So to make sure that everything is ok I'd like to ask you to
test the game with wine-development 1.9.19-1 next week.

Please let us know your results. Thanks in advance!

Greets
jre
