[pkg-wine-party] Bug#867106: wine-development: build-depends unicode-data (< 10.0) but 10.0.0-1 is to be installed

I'm just catching up, and am not working on Wine yet.  So  just fyi
recently there was a patchset at WineHQ for Unicode 10:

That one got rejected, but I assume it at least made Wine build again.


Alternatively, I wonder if it is acceptable to temporarily embed the
Unicode 9 files in our source packages.  (I'm quite sure that WineHQ
will update to 10 soon, definitely in time for buster.)
