fyi, I uploaded 1.8.7-1 to experimental. The first 2 uploads were
interrupted (one by me, one failed), the third succeeded. I assume this
message is for the first.

The plan is to wait for the packages to build, then ask the release team
if they are generally ok with the new upstream version, then upload to
unstable and followup with the release team till it's in stretch.
