[pkg-wml] Bug#651644: wml: FTBFS occasionally due to non-deterministic test suite failures

wml 2.0.12 with the test suite running at build time, now and then FTBFS
due to always the same test failure. Examples of faild build logs see

It seems to happen occasionally on the buildds, but way more often with
pbuilder. I needed about 10 pbuilder runs (on amd64) before I got one
that succeeded -- with exactly the same source package, so I suspect
some race condition in the test suite test for wmk.
