[pkg-wml] Bug#675855: wml: FTBFS on the i386 and s390x buildds due to testsuite failures t/11-wmk.t

One test in t/11-wmk.t occassionally fails on the buildds:

I initially build the package many times on i386 Sid without issues,
then used an amd64 pbuilder for the upload, so I first thought it's not
a per-arch issue, but rather an issue which happens
non-deterministically only in the buildd environment.

But another build run on both architectures showed the same behaviour on
both architectures. (Thanks to Philip Kern for the prompt scheduling of
the second runs!)
