There is no default configuration (anymore), because we cannot provide
one. At least not in the 'base' package.

If we expected that file to be useful for the majority of wpasupplicant
users, we would have put it to /etc and marked it conffile, so that we
got conffile handling from dpkg. We intentionally decided against this
but to keep the example, well, a 'simple' example.

Sure, just submit them as wishlist bugs, and we can include them in the
next upload.
