Not anymore - http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=367944. 
The maintainers have moved it to sequence number 37. Now umountnfs.sh 
kills the processes that have to be killed in order to unmount the 
filesystems. The new order is:

15 wpasupplicant
31 umountnfs.sh
37 sendsigs

And it should be:

31 umountnfs.sh
xx wpasupplicant
37 sendsigs
