[Pkg-wpa-devel] Strange diffs between -2 and -3

Hi Kyle.

while preparing and incorporating the last suggestions from Kel, I
noticed that there are some additional files touched from 0.4.7-2 to
0.4.7-3:

The changes outside debian/ are not documented, but they do not seem to
harm either. So before making the next upload, I wanted to ask you if we
should docuement the patches, converting them to dpatch or are they made
by accident?
