I added a test to wpa_action, which flushes all ip adresses from the
interface on disconnect, if the package iproute is installed. I didn't
find an ifconfig equivalent for "/sbin/ip addr flush $IFACE".

Good idea, committed to SVN (untested, but should work).

I'm open for ideas how to do this. I'd love to make it easy for Debian
3.1 users to upgrade to new wpa_supplicant.
