[pkg-wpa-devel] 0.5.4-3 upload candidate

Hi Kyle & Reinhard,

Since last upload request, I went ahead with the plans I outlined on the
pkg-wpa mailing list last week => consolidate code and documentation around
the two modes of operation that are functional in our packaging.
Unmaintainable cruft (user supplied action scripts) was removed before we hit
crunch time for etch, because I could not bear anyone having to answer
questions of really obscure use cases. This wpa-roam jazz completely
obsoletes it anyway.

The README.Debian and NEWS files were trimmed of all excess information, and
README.modes received a facelift. We can build on this over the next few
months. I think it'll be easier for the end users (and us) if the information
we provide is better organised. I saw quite some confusion building on
launchpad and the BTS over the weeks that we could address.

I am a bit wordy, so any fixes to that text is welcome, from anybody that has
the inclination ;-)

The upload candidate is located at the usual place:

Thanks, Kel.
