I sent Reinhard my thoughts on bumping urgency to medium while also
introducing new upstream. It has been advised[1] that this situation should
still be low urgency so it sees further testing in unstable. Furthermore,
this bug does not really impact on users of testing, rather backporters of
the current testing package.
I am however open to Reinhard's interpretation, as I just want to see this
fixed as quickly as possible.
