[pkg-wpa-devel] Bug#432284: No DHCP for encrypted network

Hello,

many thanks for supplying wpasupplicant to debian!

In addition to the software mentioned below I am using NetworkManager
0.6.4-7 which usually initiates the connection to the wireless network.
The wifi adapter is a Atheros AR5006EG driven by madwifi 1:0.9.3-2. I
attached three files(*):

	wlan.events-br	Output of iwevent (wireless-tools 28-1)
	wlan.fehler-br	part of syslog on my laptop
	wlan.dhcp-br	part of syslog on DHCP server

For me everything indicates a working link; afterwards the DHCP server
receives DHCP requests, answers them but the answers are kind of ignored
by my laptop.

The AP is a  HP J8131A Wireless Access Point 420 and my laptop is listed
after the link is established. Signal power is reported as 39 up to 45,
noise is reported as -94 up to -92 by kismet 2007-01-R1b-1.1 which
should do :-)

Hopefully, you will find a hint, why :-)
