Done in pkg-wpa SVN. Good timing, just a few hours before your email I did 
start a general cleanup of wpasupplicant...

I guess the new NetworkManager / D-Bus / wpasupplicant uploads are going to be 
slightly disruptive to users of that software for a (hopefully) small period 
of time?
