the script /etc/pm/sleep.d/action_wpa expects one parameter for suspend/hibernate
when it gets two ('hibernate hibernate' and not just 'hibernate') which causes it
to go into the wrong use case (no idea whats it's for) for up/down instead of
suspend/hibernate and the returned error (1) causes suspend inhibit (instead of just
ignore)
